UEFA’s mission to nurture European football includes educating people to lead and develop the game, by helping them to acquire the appropriate professional skills.

We are inviting applications for two UEFA education programmes that are key to our vision.

- UEFA Executive Master for International Players (UEFA MIP)
- UEFA Football Law Programme (UEFA FLP)

UEFA Executive Master for International Players
The Executive Master for International Players, launched in 2015, is a unique programme tailor-made for former international footballers.

UEFA Executive Master for International Players

Delivered by world-class academic institutions and developed in close cooperation with the players’ union FIFPro Division Europe and the European Club Association, the programme gives players the tools to move successfully into football administration and management at the end of their professional careers.

UEFA Football Law Programme
Created specifically for legal specialists who want to increase their knowledge of football law, the UEFA Football Law Programme kicked off in 2015.

The programme is open to staff and stakeholders of UEFA's national associations, as well as external stakeholders who deal with football cases.

The programme aims to increase cooperation between different stakeholders, and ensure that members of the football family are ideally equipped to take on future challenges in this complex and ever-changing field.
